The PACT Network supports youth organisations, children's/youth workers and all who work with children or young people, especially within the voluntary sector. This support is delivered in several ways:

• By providing training
• By facilitating networking between organisations
• By directly supporting individual organisations
• By signposting further sources of support

The main beneficiaries are children and young people who are better served by their organisations.

Anybody working with children or young people aged 0-19 in Castle Point and Rochford may attend the training. Training topics have included:

Alcohol Awareness, Assessment Skills, Bereavement & Loss, Bullying, CAF Awareness, Child Protection, Conflict Resolution, Disruptive Behaviour, Domestic Abuse, Drugs Awareness, Eating Disorders, Equality & Diversity, First Aid, Funding, Mental Health, Self-Awareness, Sexual Health, Team Building, Welfare Benefits, Working with Parents, Youth Justice System
