PACT Training
The PACT Network supports youth organisations, children's/youth workers and all who work with children or young people, especially within the voluntary sector. This support is delivered in several ways:
• By providing training
• By facilitating networking between organisations
• By directly supporting individual organisations
• By signposting further sources of support
The main beneficiaries are children and young people who are better served by their organisations.
Anybody working with children or young people aged 0-19 in Castle Point and Rochford may attend the training although some events accept only limited numbers. Training topics have included:
Drugs Awareness, Child Protection, Mental Health, Funding, Self-Awareness, Conflict Resolution, Working with Parents, Bullying, Sexual Health, Team Building, First Aid, Eating Disorders, Equality & Diversity, Domestic Abuse, CAF Awareness, Alcohol Awareness
